Problems we solve

Where we become useful.

  • The plan is difficult for the client or family to understand spatially.
  • Furniture, lighting and material decisions are being made without seeing the complete room.
  • A project needs realistic imagery for review, approval, marketing or investor presentation.

Working route

How the project moves.

Selected visuals illustrate the stages; they are not a single-project before-and-after sequence. Concept studies are not issued construction documents.

Floor plan reviewed before modeling01

Check the plan

We review dimensions, levels, openings and any elevations or references needed to build the model honestly rather than guessing at missing design information.

Interior geometry built from the plan02

Build and review in 3D

The model, cameras, furniture and early material direction are shared at draft quality so spatial decisions are made before final rendering.

Materials, lighting and final rendering03

Resolve the final images

Approved views are completed with accurate materials, lighting, landscape and post-production, then delivered in the formats named in the scope.

Before we start

Useful answers.

Is a floor plan alone enough?

It can be enough for an early interior study, but accurate exterior or detailed interior work normally also needs heights, elevations, material references and information about doors, windows and ceilings.

Can you design the interior as well as render it?

Yes. Interior design development can be included as a separate responsibility instead of treating unresolved design decisions as free rendering revisions.

How many views will I receive?

The view count is agreed before production. We recommend the smallest set that clearly explains the project rather than producing repetitive images.

Can I receive the 3D model?

Yes when editable model delivery is specifically included in the quotation and the intended software format is agreed before work begins.
