ARTIMISTCreative Production
02 / How it moves

One idea.
Five moves.

A visible route from first conversation to final delivery. Flexible enough for discovery; structured enough to protect time, quality and intent.

Listen — Artimist process01 / 05
Phase 01

Listen

Before a line is drawn, we find the real question.

We listen for ambition, pressure, audience, place and the feeling the finished work must create. This is where scattered ideas become a useful shared brief.

  1. 01Discovery conversation
  2. 02Context & ambition map
  3. 03Success criteria
Frame — Artimist process02 / 05
Phase 02

Frame

The problem gains edges, priorities and a route.

Scope, disciplines, sequence and decision points are mapped before production expands. Everyone sees what is being made, why it matters and what happens next.

  1. 01Creative direction
  2. 02Scope & milestones
  3. 03Visual / spatial route

Phase 03

Build

The idea becomes visible, testable and inhabitable.

Architects, artists, designers and technologists work in parallel. Models, frames, systems and prototypes grow together instead of waiting in separate silos.

  1. 01Design development
  2. 02Models & prototypes
  3. 03Production rounds
Refine — Artimist process04 / 05
Phase 04

Refine

We remove noise until the work speaks clearly.

Proportion, pacing, material, hierarchy and technical detail are reviewed as one system. Feedback is documented, resolved and folded back into the whole.

  1. 01Client review
  2. 02Technical coordination
  3. 03Final art direction
Deliver — Artimist process05 / 05
Phase 05

Deliver

A finished system—not a folder of disconnected files.

The final work is checked for its real destination: screen, site, permit set, campaign, product or construction. Handover is organized to remain useful after launch.

  1. 01Quality control
  2. 02Production-ready package
  3. 03Launch & handover
