Architectural Rendering Services

Photorealistic images of buildings that do not exist yet.

We produce high-end architectural renderings that let clients, investors and planning boards see a building the way it will actually feel — light, material, atmosphere and context, resolved before construction begins.

01 / Why this matters
The image is not decoration. It is where a project becomes understandable, believable and easier to approve.

Source review

We inspect the supplied model, drawings and references before confirming scope.

02 / Working standard

Defined reviews

Camera, geometry and atmosphere are approved at clear milestones.

What you receive

Still images at print and presentation resolution, delivered in the aspect ratios you need: hero exteriors, entry approaches, key interiors, dusk and daylight variants, and context views that place the building in its surroundings.

How we work

We start from your drawings — Revit, CAD, SketchUp or a massing model — and build an accurate 3D scene. Materials, lighting and landscape are set to match the design intent, then reviewed with you at draft resolution before final rendering.

Where it is used

Planning and permit submissions, investor and board presentations, pre-construction sales, competition boards and marketing collateral for launches.

03 / Direct answers

Questions clients ask before starting.

01What do you need to start an architectural rendering?

Send the latest plans, elevations, sections and any available Revit, CAD, SketchUp or 3D files. Material references, landscape information and the intended use of the images help us define the right cameras and level of detail.

02How long does an architectural rendering take?

Timing depends on the quality of the source files, number of views, scene complexity and review rounds. A focused image set may take days; a larger development campaign is scheduled in stages after the files are reviewed.

03Can you match specified materials and products?

Yes. We can model specified finishes, fixtures and products from reliable references. Where a product is not final, any visual substitute is treated as a design placeholder rather than presented as a confirmed specification.

04Can the renders be used for planning and marketing?

Yes. We prepare views for design review, planning presentations, investor communication and pre-construction marketing, with resolution and crops agreed for the intended channels.

Working standard

Clear before commitment.

Scope, confidentiality and handover are agreed in writing. Project-specific signed terms always take priority.

01

Scope first

Deliverables, timing, revisions and fees are agreed before production.

02

Confidential when needed

NDA-based workflows are available before sensitive files are shared.

03

Defined handover

Final PDFs, DWGs, RVTs, images, films or source files follow the written scope.

04

Honest local boundary

Required stamps, seals and statutory certification stay with the appropriately licensed local professional.

Permit-support may include package preparation, coordination and submission support when agreed. Artimist does not supply a regional architectural or engineering stamp; any legally required stamp, seal or certification must come from the appropriately licensed local professional.
